Charles Rose has created award-winning buildings of exceptional quality. After graduating from Princeton University and Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, Rose established his architectural practice and has been dedicated to creating innovative civic, cultural, educational, and residential projects for more than twenty-five years. His work remains at the forefront of American design.
The works of Charles Rose Architects are located throughout the United States. Rose celebrates each distinct site with respect to its distinct physical, ecological, cultural, and historical contexts. His work fosters social interaction, interdisciplinary environments, and sustainable initiatives. His most prominent local project, locate in Greenfield, MA, is the John Oliver Transit Center, the first net-zero energy transit center in the United States.
